FAQ 

How do I place an order?

  • Send me your pets photos

  • Deciding size and colour theme (Don't worry, Wanling will talk to you and help you with that!)

  • Start working on it once 30% deposit received

  • Review the painting's digital version and make the rest payment if you love the painting

  • Receive the customized pet portraits that you will for sure love!

 

Simply go to the online store page, put the correct sized item into your cart and then follow it step by step to make payment. 

You can choose to communicate with me before/after your order is placed. I am happy to give suggestions regarding the size/color/picture selection/ etc. I'll start working on the painting once deposit is received. It takes 1-5 weeks for me to finish the painting. You will be contacted to view the digital version of the painting before it is shipped out. I'm happy to make any modifications you require. If you are not satisfied by then, simply don't take it. 

After confirmation of the work, there is a 3-5 day processing time for the final varnishing before it actually shipped out.

Shipping

 

We are mainly shipping to all parts of Canada and the US.  Shipping costs will be applied in the payment transaction page. 

If you are from outside of Canada/US, please contact for a shipping cost quotation.

 

 

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Processing Time:
 
Working Time: 1 to 5 weeks depending on the time of the year
Varnishing Time: 3-5 days
Shipping Time: 4-9 days depending on destination
 
Gift Card:
 
Due to the nature of hand crafted artworks processing time, we provide the option of purchasing an e-giftcard when you need it as a gift for certain occasions.

To redeem it, simply Contact me with your pet's photos, the rest will be arranged. Gift cards don't expire or decrease in value if unused.
 
Payment:
 
We accept Debit/Credit/Paypal for all orders. Cash payment is also accepted for order in the Calgary region.
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollar.
If you are an international customer, the exchange rate will be applied automatically when you finish the payment transaction by a third party banking system.
 
Returns and Refunds
 
Full refund when you cancel the order within the first 24 hrs after placing it with no question asked. There is a 30% cancellation fee after 24 hrs but before it ships out. Wanling Wang reserves the right to sell your cancelled work to other buyers. No returns or refunds after shipping. 
For international refunds, extra transaction fees or exchange rate loss may occur. This is charged by the third party banking system that we are not responsible for. 
 
 
Taxes & Duties
 
Taxes are included in the listing price already. International customers may need to pay duties of your own country when receiving the artwork. Many countries have duty-free policies for original artwork. Please check with your own customs.

Privacy & Security:
 
We respect the privacy of our customers. Therefore, we do NOT sell your personal info to any third parties.
