Terms & Conditions:

Use of the wanlingsartstudio.com website or any of its services implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. To protect your own interests please read our Terms and Conditions carefully before accepting them. Latest edit on 27th of May, 2017

Resale

Even without a prior written agreement, all artwork supplied is for personal use. Wanling Wang reserve the right to refuse to supply any person or company. If you are interested in re-selling my products, please contact in advance to get approval.

Customers need to make sure they have the right to use the photos they submit or use public domain photos before they submit to Wanling Wang.

All rights are fully retained by the artist-Wanling Wang for her artwork. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is in violation of Canadian copyright law.

If order is canceled at the preview digital version stage. Wanling Wang retaint the right to sell the artwork to other customers.

Cancellation of Order & Refund Policy:

Full refund when you cancel the order within the first 24 hrs after placing it with no question asked. There is a 30% cancellation fee after 24 hrs but before it ships out. Wanling Wang reserves the right to sell your canceled work to other buyers. No returns or refunds after shipping.

For international refunds, extra transaction fees or exchange rate loss may occur. This is charged by the third party banking system that we are not responsible for.

Processing Time:

Working Time: 1 to 5 weeks depending on the time of the year

Varnishing Time: 3-5 days

Shipping Time: 4-9 days depending on where to ship to

Regarding deliveries requested to be received by a particular date, we will do our best to deliver artworks in time before the date requested. However, due to the nature of a custom hand-made portrait, Wanling's Art Studio will not be held liable for any delays in delivery of artworks.

Exchange Rate & Duties:

Exchange Rate is applied for international customers by their third party banking system. wanlingsartstudio.com is not reliable for any extra costs charged by the third party banking system.

Orders shipping to destinations outside Canada might incur duties and taxes. If duties and taxes are imposed on your order, they are due at time of delivery. Please consult your local customs office for more details about your country's duties and taxes. We are not responsible for any import taxes, duties, or brokerages fees which may be incurred on your international order shipment.

Gift Cards:

Gift cards can't be returned or cancelled after purchase.
Refunds for orders paid with a gift card are applied to the gift card (see your refund email if you no longer have the card).
Gift cards don't expire or decrease in value if unused.
If you return product purchased with multiple methods of payment, the refund is first applied to the credit or debit card or PayPal account, up to the original amount charged, and then to the gift card.
