Simply go to the Pet Portraits page, put the correct sized item into your cart and then follow it step by step to make payment. 

You can choose to communicate with me before/after your order is placed. I am happy to give suggestions regarding the size/color/picture selection/ etc. I'll start working on the painting once full payment is received. It takes 2-5 weeks for me to finish the painting. You will be contacted to view the digital version of the painting before it shipped out. And I'm happy to make any modifications you require that is possible to be done. If you are not satisfied by then, you still have the right to cancel the order. (30% deduction as cancellation fee may be applied.)

After confirmation of the work, there is a 3-5 days processing time for the final varnishing before it actually shipped out.

Full refund when you cancel the order within the first 24 hrs after placing it with no questions asked. There is a 30% cancellation fees after 24 hrs before it ships out. Wanling Wang reserves the right to sell your cancelled work to other buyers. No returns or refunds after shipping.
